Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Ozark Rentals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

When you make a reservation through our platform:

• All bookings are subject to availability confirmation
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for all charges incurred during your stay

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund
• 50% refund for cancellations 14-30 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations within 14 days of check-in

All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

House Rules

Guests must adhere to the following rules:

• No smoking inside the property
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy as specified in your booking
• No parties or events without prior written approval

Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges for damages.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval

Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for:

• Any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear
• Lost keys or access devices ($100 replacement fee)
• Excessive cleaning fees if property is left in unsanitary condition

The Ozark Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
